As a busy mom of 4, believe me when I tell you I know how easy it can be to get caught in the hustle and flow of everyday life. It can be a challenge at times, to stay connected to your higher self and commune with your inner goddess.
Sure it would be a dream to spend countless hours each week dedicated to my spiritual path. Truth is my reality doesn’t currently allow for that. But even more truthfully, I’m also learning to be content with the stage of motherhood that I’m in right now. There’s beauty in all of it.
Like me, you may not have loads of time to dedicate to yoga and meditation. But below are 12 easy activities to inspire your inner goddess. You may choose to do some of these activities once a week as a way to gently incorporate them into your routine. Read on to find out ways to inspire your inner goddess!

- Activity: Create a vision board that embodies the qualities of the goddess you resonate with. This can be a powerful way to visualize your intentions for the month ahead, tapping into the energy of the divine feminine.

- Activity: Write a poem or short story inspired by your favorite goddess. You could explore a particular myth or invent your own tale, focusing on the goddess’s traits and how they relate to your life. This activity can spark your creativity while honoring the divine feminine.

Allow yourself to move freely and expressively, channeling the energy of a goddess like Kali, Ishtar, or Freya through your body. You might even choose to dance around your altar, celebrating the divine feminine energy.
7. Create a Goddess Herb Sachet
- Materials: Small fabric bags, dried herbs (lavender, rosemary, rose petals, etc.), essential oils (optional).
- Activity: Mix dried herbs and flowers associated with your favorite goddess into small sachets.
